Hop Into Open Enrollment with Healthy Communities of LaPorte County In-Person

Learn about Open Enrollment, and the plans that are available to you for your 2023 health coverage. Join Ra’Shana from Healthy Communities of LaPorte County to take advantage of the opportunity to learn about health coverage and all the options that are out there for you. Remember--Open Enrollment this year runs from:

  • October 31, 2022 - January 15, 2023 (with Marketplace)
  • November 1, 2022 - December 15, 2022 (with Medicaid/HIP/Hoosier Healthwise/CHIP)

Fall into a wealth of health knowledge, and approach this year's enrollment period with ease. Refreshments will be served.

For adults ages 18 and up. Registration opens October 13. Register online or call 219-926-7696 to reserve your spot.
