Oral History Interviewing Workshop In-Person
Join writer/producer/artist, Sam Love, for this engaging, 6-week workshop series.
Even in the digital age, history is getting lost, with many stories going untold, or being ignored altogether. Oral history interviewing is a way to capture and preserve those stories. In this series, learn how to begin your own oral history project, from topic selection, to finding respondents, through interviewing tips, post-production steps, and archiving. Plus, you'll learn how oral history interviewing is applicable in a range of related topics including local history, genealogy, family history, and storytelling.
This program is for Adults Ages 18 and Up.
Registration for this 6-week workshop series opens April 16. Register online or call 219-926-9080 to reserve your spot.
