Ever feel stressed, overwhelmed or busy minded? Take a break and join Sydney, a certified yoga instructor, for an introductory meditation and breath-work class. This beginner-friendly session will teach you simple techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance your overall well-being. No experience necessary! All are welcome. Space is limited, so register today to learn these valuable tools for a calmer mind and more peaceful you. If the weather cooperates, this class will take place outside. Please bring a chair or blanket.

This program is for Adults 18 and Up.
